🎲 Game Night
Are you ready to test your detective skills?
Around 15 of you, Sherlock Holmeses decided to challenge yourselves by playing a game of Scotland Yard around the city of Aachen in Germany. With the Aachen Yes Fam growing, it was a great way for you guys to all meet and connect with the start of the new school year. You wrapped up the night with a classic game night with various games.
What a way to end the week!
“On Friday evening we celebrated the finished exams of some people. Saturday we played real life Scotland Yard on the public transport in Aachen and had a game night in the evening. I can definitely recommend both of it! It was great to see new and old faces and I enjoyed the energy the group had. Until next time!”

🍟 Fries or French Fries?
If they are called French Fries, does that mean that they are from France?
Now that we got your attention with that controversial statement, let us introduce you to the Lille Yes Fam from the north of France! We love to see meetups happening in smaller cities and not just in the capitals. It just shows have global this community is.
You got to enjoy some lovely fries together and followed by some drinks.

🛶 Kayaking
It’s still September which means that the Yes DMV’s Seek Discomfort September is still going strong!
In case you were not reading our previous editions, the DMV Yes Fam has partnered up with Seek Discomfort for this month to offer the community different active activities. This weekend, 10 of you tackled kayaking as a fun way to see Roosevelt Island and to test each other’s upper body strength.
And it was a success since all of you are so smiley!
“Yes Fam DMV in collaboration with Seek Discomfort Active for the month of September went on a 2 hour Kayaking Adventure by the Key Bridge! We kayaked all around Roosevelt island, giving eachother tips and bright smiles along the way! The group had so much fun listening to music, trusting and working with eachother, laughing and exploring DCs monuments by water!!”

Every week we go through the beautiful stories that the community shares in our Yes Theory Fam Facebook group to highlight someone living the "Yes Theory".
🌞 Here comes the sun
With the Iceman Documentary premiering shortly, our community member Nikolas thought that it was the perfect opportunity to share his story. He shared with us that he is about to see the sun for the first time since March after having taken a job in Antarctica.
This makes us wonder if there are more Yes Fam on Antarctica.
