What a busy weekend we have had on Youtube!
In case you missed it, we released a video on both the Yes Theory and Seek Discomfort channels, two very different videos. Here is a recap:
Last week on Yes Theory:
For any of the OG Yes Theory subscribers, you know that back in the day we used to visit crazy abandoned places all over the world. One of our favorites was when we went to Japan 6 years ago and visited an abandoned amusement park. So, since we were traveling through Japan again, we want to bring homage to that era in Yes Theory.
This time, we got to explore 2 remote islands with two different vibes of abandoned. The first was an island where the majority of the population had abandoned their homes with very few people left. We had trouble finding people to talk to but we finally managed to!
On the second island, we went to visit one of the most famous luxury resorts in Japan that has made an appearance in several films, and yet it is now abandoned. This was probably one the creepiest experiences that we have had, Staffan definitely believed there were spirits around. 👻

If the Yes Theory video creeped you out, don’t worry, the Seek video is the complete opposite and it is so wholesome!
Our editors have always admired how the team is able to find strangers to take on adventures. However, they wanted to see if they could come up with a new way that they hadn’t done yet.
Which is exactly what they did!
Dez, Tristan, and Nathan organized a message-in-a-bottle approach to see if the person who would find their bottle would join Dez and Tristan on a super cool adventure. There were definitely bumps in the process but we highly recommend you check it out because it worked!
We had ANOTHER Iceman Premiere this week!
It’s been six months since our Iceman Film Tour and we finally got the chance to premiere the film once again and this time it was in Dubai, in the UAE. We had lots of special guests who came to this premiere which you will find out more about very shortly. But the most special guest was you, the community! Thank you for always showing up when we take big leaps such as this incredible event. We are so grateful to have such a loving and supportive community. 💝
We know that many of you are still eager to watch the film. And don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about you! We have been working really hard behind the scenes to get the film out for you and we can’t wait to share more news with you at the start of June!
It’s officially May which has always been our busiest month of the year so we are excited to share what we have planned in upcoming newsletters!
