🎂Happy Birthday Yes Fam!
Lovely to see you back!
Did you know that May marks 5 years of the Yes Fam? Crazy to believe? It all started with our little Yes Theory Fam Facebook group which now has over 180k members!
We have a few things to cover this week so let’s jump right into it!
With the community officially turning 5 this month, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to hear from you!
We want to learn more about how your experience has been with Yes Theory and the community. The purpose is so the entire team can learn more from you, to see how the next 5 years should look like.
At the end of the day, you are what motivates us! You are our SPARK!
So we can’t wait to read your responses ❤️
We know that this weekend we didn’t have any videos go up so we don’t have recaps to share, but we can share some hints of what’s coming this weekend.
First, we have a very special collab coming out this weekend with Seek Discomfort which will include a whole video dedicated to the collab. Do you have any guesses who the collab is with?
Reply to this email with who you think this collab is with!
Additionally, we will be having a video going live on the Yes Theory channel where we decided to surprise Staffan with an adventure. Can’t wait for you to see it!
This week we are spotlighting photos of two meetups that took place over the weekend from 2 different countries and 2 different continents! First the Vancouver Yes Fam had a SPARK picnic which turned out to be a multicultural get-together! Second, is the ex-Yugo Yes Fam visiting the mountains in Slovenia where they got to hang out with Alpacas. 🦙
Upcoming meetups:
A Coruña, Spain: Surf Trip (22nd - 29th of July) more info here
Rome, Italy: Project SPQR, an Italian Journey (5th - 10th of August) more info here
Message us on Instagram to add your meetups in future newsletters
Last week, Ammar and Anders attended the Riviera Film Festival where they opened the festival with Project Iceman. They won 2 awards and decided that they needed to find a way to celebrate this success. So, we will be hosting the very last screening of Project Iceman this Friday in Amsterdam. Ammar and Anders will both be there to answer your questions about the film.
As we were writing this, the event sold out!
Very soon the film will be available online, we know that so many of you have been patiently waiting and we see you! We cannot wait to share the official news with you very shortly.
