🙌You've asked for it, so here it is!
Are you ready?
This week is all about challenges!
Are you ready to accept our challenge?
Let’s get straight into it…
With this week’s theme being “challenges”, the videos of the week both emulated their own type of challenges!
New on Seek Discomfort:
Have you heard of “Challange Accepted”?
Michelle has challenged herself to make videos of her taking on the world's most difficult lifestyles and professions. She took on her most complex challenge yet by competing in a boxing match to tackle her biggest fear of getting punched in the face. Michelle released a video about the entire training process and the fight itself.
We decided to send our Social Media Editor, Dez, and a Yes Theory Community member, Maria to attend the fight in Florida!
New on Yes Theory:
In case you didn’t know, Staffan’s biggest fear is heights.
At Yes Theory, we’ve learned that the only way get over your fears is to challenge yourself to face them. In this case, we didn’t tell Staffan that he would be facing his fear of heights with a skydive, we surprised him with it using the best cover story ever.
We didn’t just surprise him with a skydive, but this jump is known as the most dangerous first skydive someone could experience with the fall being from 6000 m!
Not only did we attend Michelle Khare’s fight, but we also sponsored it AND we collaborated with her on a new Seek Discomfort drop.
You can now shop our new collection “Challenge Accepted” on the Seek Discomfort website.
We know that taking on a challenge can be difficult, and knowing that you are not alone can always help push you to keep going; which we saw this week in both of our videos.
So we decided to launch a space where you can connect with members of the Yes Fam Community to keep each other accountable. We have created a WhatsApp Community dedicated to taking on challenges. When you join, you will see that we have already started 2 challenges:
A 30-Days of Meditation
A “Challenge Accepted” themed one
Take this as a sign!
If you have always wanted to start a meditation practice or tackle your biggest challenges but never felt like there was a community with you offering support, well, now’s your time.
We will be checking in daily to see how you are doing and to hopefully motivate you to keep going!
With that being said, this Wednesday, we are hosting a special event to celebrate the new drop with Michelle Khare and to learn more about the story behind what this drop means to her.
The event will help you understand what is the “Challenge Accepted” challenge we are throwing at you!
The event starts at 9 am PST and we can’t wait to see you there!
We hope to see you all tackling these challenges and we hope to launch many more in the near future!
