Wow, can you believe it?
Last week Yes Theory turned 8 years old!
When we started Project 30 in Montreal, Canada in the summer of 2015 we never could have imagined how it would evolve into what Yes Theory represents today.
Since then we have learned so much, grown so much, and continue to be motivated by our commitment to telling authentic stories and building meaningful connections.
Whether you joined us at Project 30, saw us on Snapchat, watched our Heli-Bungee Jump with Will Smith, or perhaps more recently through Project Iceman, we want to say welcome and thank you.
We will be taking you down memory lane with us throughout the month of July, where we are not just celebrating 8 years of Yes Theory but also 5 years of Seek Discomfort!
We had an amazing experience spending 100 hours with Shi Heng Yi, a 35th generation Shaolin Master, who put us to the test alongside Seekers from the community: Gabriel, Luke, and Maria.
Here are some photos from our immersive experience with the Shaolin Monks:

We’re feeling very nostalgic about this trip so we have something special for you: exclusive content with the headmaster of the Shaolin Temple Europe which didn’t make the final video cut.
In fact, many great moments end up being cut from our YouTube videos so we can have the best overall story.
It does make us wonder what we could do with them instead.

We bought a London Cab!
We have been travelling along Western Europe on the WILDEST adventure! 🚖
We think it might be the best episode (or two) that we release this year! We look forward to introducing you to the latest stranger-turned-friend-turned-family.
Also, we are still trying to figure out what to do with the cab now that we have finished filming. Let us know what you think! What would you do with the cab?
